SHCE has launched a community solar bond offer to raise £925,000. The bond offer gives people the opportunity to get involved as investors in the community solar array and earn an interest rate of 4% per year with capital returned over 15 years. Bonds can be held in an Innovative ISA which enables eligible investments to exempt from income tax.
